z.p. [Bruxelles] ; ‘+ - 0 ‘ ; 1974 21 x 21,5 - 19,5 x 20 , [18pp.]
Unique artist’s book/work; audio cassette + 10 pencil drawings.
Box containing 18 loose sheets. 1 sheet with the cassette mounted, 7 sheets with the titles and numbering of the actions, 10 drawings of the actions on heavy drawing paper.
In very good condition inside; the box is discoloured at the edges, some foxing on the front of the cardboard holding the cassette. The work is signed and stamped on the inside back of the box.
The drawings consist of horizontal lines drawn on thick drawing paper with a thick pencil, from left to right.
The cassette recording presumably (unverified) consists of sound recordings of the act of drawing.
A magnificent example of Belgian minimalism, both auditory and visual.
